Office Hours Terms & Conditions By booking an Office Hours session with LaunchVic, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Session Availability To give as many Victorian founders access as possible, LaunchVic limits bookings to one session per founder every six months. Victorian-Based All participants must meet LaunchVic’s definition of Victorian-Based. A startup must be a Victorian-registered and headquartered company, and the founder or CEO must have a primary residence in Victoria. Participants without a registered business must have a primary residence in Victoria to take part. Startup Criteria LaunchVic defines a Startup as an innovative, technology-based business that can scale rapidly and capture mass markets. Examples include software and application development (AI, blockchain, big data analytics, e-commerce or marketplaces, AR/VR, SaaS), hardware, advanced manufacturing, sensor technology, robotics, autonomous vehicles, quantum technology, deep tech, and genomics and life sciences (including BioTech & MedTech).
