ASTN’s Early-Stage Mentoring Program helps sportstech founders take an idea and shape it into something real and commercially viable. Over 10 weeks, you’ll join a supportive cohort of early-stage innovators and work through practical sessions designed to build your understanding of the sport, health and active-living market. The program focuses on three essential early-stage areas: Customer discovery (who you’re building for and why it matters), Market/competitor analysis (understanding the landscape you’re entering), and Business models (how your idea could create value and generate revenue).

You’ll also receive tailored mentor support and be introduced to ASTN’s wider sport innovation ecosystem. Whether you’re a founder, researcher, athlete or industry professional exploring a new solution, the program is designed to help you validate your idea, assess its potential, and identify your next steps toward building a sportstech venture.
