LaunchVic is seeking the next wave of Victorian unicorns for the 2025 intake of its 30X30 startup executive education program.

Led by mentors with experience at Uber, Atlassian, Safety Culture and Linktree and more, 30X30 selects up to 10 of Victoria’s most promising scaleups to participate in a free executive education program focused on managing the challenges of fast growth.

Nic is an organisational effectiveness leader who specialises in high performance teams with over 15 years experience in corporate and VC backed scale-ups.

Over the past decade, Nic has been an operator in SaaS, D2C FMCG and Fintech scale ups, experiencing Series A through to Post Acquisition. She has held leadership positions at two unicorns, Webflow and Dollar Shave Club. In her most recent operator role at Webflow as the executive VP, People, Nic supported the growth of Webflow’s team from 100 to 600 employees and a valuation of $200M to $4B.

After relocating to Australia in late 2022, Nic founded Up & to the Right – a boutique consulting practice focused on bringing People strategy to earlier stage startups who have yet to build out their People capabilities. She currently works with SignalFire VC in America supporting their portfolio companies, LaunchVic in Melbourne as a facilitator and program designer for their 30×30 scale up program and several Australian and US based companies who engage Nic for performance & rewards strategy, management training, executive coaching, offsite facilitation and scaling People teams.

Marc Orchard is the founder & CEO of Planet Startup – a virtual CFO studio for seed to series B tech companies who looking to raise capital and scale globally.

Over the last 5 years, Marc has worked with over 500 high growth tech companies including Go1, Swyftx, Paypa Plane, Assetnote, Cake, Visual Care and xrecrutier.  He and his team have worked on several $100m+ exits, and has helped his clients raise over $100m in investment.

Previously, Marc was the Director of Startups @ BDO, the Entrepreneur in Residence at UQ Ventures at The University of Queensland, Brisbane City Manager at Fishburners, and exited his own financial planning firm in 2015.

Daniel has over 20 years experience in technology transformation and accelerating growth in new territories. Combined with a deep background in leveraging data for competitive advantage and x1 successful exit.  For the last 11 years, Daniel has led in the growth story of Yellowfin BI, from start-up to a successful exit. This began by establishing some of Yellowfin’s largest initial customers and building the foundation for global expansion.  Utilising his European experience, he become the first General Manager for EMEA and in 2 years grew the region from 10 customers & 3 partners to over 75 partners & 200+ customers in 35 countries, with triple-digit revenue growth YOY.
