Now Open: The CivVic Labs Experience Victoria Challenge Announcements Last Updated: Thursday 31 July Expressions of Interest are now open for the CivVic Labs Experience Victoria Challenge, an opportunity for aspiring entrepreneurs looking to test their startup idea. Our latest challenge with the Department of Jobs, Skills, Industry and Regions (DJSIR) asks Victorian innovators: How might technology transform Victoria’s tourism, hospitality and events experiences? Through a six-week bootcamp experience, entrepreneurs will learn from industry experts and test their startup ideas with policy makers and Victorian citizens, supported by $12,500 equity-free funding. At the end of the experience, two teams will secure a further $25,000 funding to bring their prototype to life. About the Challenge We are seeking solutions from Victorian startups looking to transform tourism, hospitality and events experiences within Victoria, particularly focusing on regional destinations.
