LaunchVic opens its 30X30 Program for 2026

LaunchVic has today opened applications for its 30X30 program — Australia’s leading scaleup program on a mission to create 30 Victorian tech unicorns by 2030.

In 2026, 10 of Victoria’s fastest-growing scaleups will join an extended, coaching-driven program built to pressure-test and level up founders and their leadership teams.

“Victorian startups are capable of world-class growth — but to compete globally, founders need to think bigger and operate smarter,” said LaunchVic CEO Dr Kate Cornick.

“30X30 gives them the coaching, insights and the peer network to do just that.”

The six-month program begins with a deep capability assessment that benchmarks participants against global peers.

Founders and key executives will gain access to world class coaches, investors, subject matter experts – to help leaders identify gaps, sharpen focus, and execute with clarity. They also receive peer to peer supporting from a network of other founders navigating similar challenges.

Since its launch in February 2022, 30X30 has supported 38 scaleups across four cohorts. One recent participant is Fresho, a B2B platform connecting thousands of fresh food suppliers with chefs and restaurants across the world.

Co-Founder James Andronis said Fresho joined the program to take the business to scale after raising their $17 million Series B round in late 2024.

“Scaling brings its own challenges,” he said.

“One of the biggest things for me was learning how to prioritise and being a bit brutal with ourselves, asking the question: ‘if we don’t do this now, what’s the impact?’ And if the answer is not a lot, then why are we doing it?”

Andronis praised the open, honest environment of 30X30, where founders shared real challenges without the polish.

“It was refreshing,” says Andronis. “You’re not dancing around problems – you’re solving them.”
