La Trobe LaunchPad

Over 12 dynamic weeks, La Trobe LaunchPad supports early-stage founders to turn ideas into action.

The program begins with a one-day Kick-Off and Bootcamp, followed by eight weeks of engaging, tailored learning delivered by La Trobe University and Startmate.

Founders focus on validating problems, identifying first customers, developing and testing an MVP, and building strong founder foundations. Participants may be selected to pitch at Startmate Pitch Night and La Trobe’s LaunchPad Lift-Off showcase.

Mid-program, the Pitch Mastery Clinic helps founders sharpen their storytelling and delivery. The final four weeks support continued momentum toward business model testing, team formation, and venture launch.

Founders can pitch for $5,000 in prizes at LaunchPad Lift-Off, La Trobe’s premier pitch and networking event.

Open to La Trobe students, alumni, and aspiring founders across Victoria.

LaunchPad runs two intakes per year and is supported by LaunchVic.
