Up-skilling Underutilised Talent for Junior Roles at Startups | INCO Academy
INCO Group is a global organisation dedicated to building a new economy based on principles of sustainability and social inclusivity. With startup incubation and workforce training programmes across 5 continents, they are experts in startups, having supported over 2,100 startups and 106,000 jobseekers since inception in 2011.
INCO received funding under Funding for Talent Programs to deliver the Up-skilling Underutilised Talent for Junior Roles at Startups program.
This program will provide accelerated pathways to employment into Victoria’s startup sector and grow the pool of industry-grade talent for fast-growing startups. The program will target workers stood down during COVID-19, skilled migrants & refugees and women to help them transition into a career in the startup sector.
INCO Academy will expand three of its bootcamps (courses) into the state of Victoria and develop a placement service to enable students who have completed an INCO course to land their first junior role in a Victorian Startup. The program will create 480 industry-ready startup workers and place at least 100 Victorian INCO graduates into roles.
Visit the INCO website for full program and application details.
