Led by renowned investors Rachael Neumann and Kylie Frazer, Flying Fox Ventures provides early stage capital propelling Australian & New Zealand companies across the globe.

In 2019, Flying Fox (then known as Working Theory Angels) established an angel network with a $300,000 grant from LaunchVic under our Grants to Support New and Existing Angel Networks program. 

Since then, Flying Fox have backed 60+ companies, and in 2024 received further funding from LaunchVic under our VC Support Program to establish a VC Fund that will invest in early-stage startups.

With a $300,000 grant, Flying Fox will establish a novel VC fund structure that will use Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) to hold multiple startup investments across different stages and sectors.
